Huge improvement.
• Improved Lines
• Increased Detail
• Infinitely Better Shading
• Bolder (and more appealing use of) Colours
• Better Anatomy (w/Matsumoto's breasts, she likely already has back problems- but you've corrected her spine!)
• Better Background

Only downside is that you obscured her panties.
